Garland "Crook" Lee Watts, age 84, of Black Fork, Arkansas passed away Thursday, March 14, 2019 in Black Fork. Graveside service will be Sunday, March 17, 2019 at 2 p.m. at Piney Cemetery in Black Fork, Arkansas with Brother Noah Watts officiating under the direction of the Beasley Wood Funeral Home of Mena.
