Hulan Randall Stone, 93, of North Little Rock, passed away Thursday, March 14, 2019. Hulan was born in Vilonia to Cecil Eugene and Vergie Alma (Ray) Stone. He is preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Betty Lou (Porter) Stone; his parents; son, Harlen "Randy" Stone; and four siblings: Velma Stone, Martha (Stone) Newman, Verlon Stone and Eugene Stone. Hulan was a World War II ARMY veteran; he served in the South Pacific, Philippians and Japan.
Hulan is survived by his son, Douglas Stone (Kathy) of Jacksonville; daughter, Sheila Bennage (Mark) of Siloam Springs; seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and many friends and relatives.
Visitation will be Sunday, March 17, 2019, from 2-4p.m. at the Roller-Owens Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m., on Monday, March 18, 2019, in the chapel of Roller-Owens Funeral Home, 5509 John F. Kennedy Blvd, North Little Rock, Ark. 72116. Interment will be held at 9 a.m., on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
