CECIL "VANCE" MCCONNELL, 78, of Little Rock died Wednesday, March 13, 2019. He was born May 21, 1940 in Macon, Georgia to the late Harold and Maxine McConnell. Mr. McConnell is survived by his wife of 23 years, Melissa McConnell; daughter, Cecilia Woodard (Mitch); step-daughter, Jennifer Lindsey; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The First Tee of Arkansas; 1 First Tee Way; Little Rock, Ark. 72204. Interment will be in Macon, Georgia at a later date.
