Diana Lynn Hollingshead

Diana Lynn Hollingshead, 72, of Austin, passed away March 24, 2019 at her home. She was born March 6, 1947 in Washington, D.C. to the late Alfred and Ivy Parcell Drinkwater. Diana graduated from Hall High School in 1965. She married Larry Hollingshead in Jacksonville, Arkansas on August 2, 1968. Diana retired in 2005 as a clerk for Arkansas Power and Light (now Entergy) after thirty-six years of service. She was a member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church and the Humane Society of Cabot. Survivors include her husband of fifty years, Larry Hollingshead of Austin; daughter, Laurie (Brad) Berry of Little Rock; son, Mark (Christy) Hollingshead of Austin; grandchildren, Annie Berry, Ella and Everett Hollingshead and sister, Dolly (Bob) Ellis of North Little Rock. Graveside services will be 11 a.m., Thursday, March 28, 2019 at Salem Cemetery in Austin with Ricky Phillips officiating. The family suggests memorials in Diana's name be made to the Cabot Animal Shelter or the Cabot Humane Society at 2951 South First Street, Cabot, Arkansas 72023.
