Thomas "Patrick" Rooney III

Thomas "Patrick" Rooney III, 39, of North Little Rock, passed away March 20, 2019. He was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on March 17, 1980, to Doctor Thomas Patrick and Jessica Rooney. Patrick from his youth through high school and college was an avid soccer player. He graduated from Catholic High School, and started college at SMU, finishing his degree at University of Arkansas Fayetteville. He furthered his education at UT Dallas earning his Masters there. He spent eight years in Dallas working for the Big Four tax accounting firms. Patrick was a gifted drummer with his band, Paradyme. Patrick is preceded in death by his father Doctor Thomas Patrick Rooney. He is survived by his mother, Jessica Rooney of North Little Rock; sisters, Meredith Cox (Robert) of Fayetteville, Erin Wheeler of Chicago, Kathleen Rooney of Hot Springs, and Maggie Thompson (Geoff) of Maumelle; and other extended family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Catholic High School, 6300 Father Tribou St, Little Rock, Ark. 72205, or Pulaski County Humane Society, 14600 Colonel Glenn Road, Little Rock, Ark. 72210.
