Kay Dorsey, 63, of Hot Springs passed away, Thursday, March 28, 2019. She was born February 5, 1956, in Little Rock, Ark. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Little Rock and was retired R.N.
She is survived by her children, Eric (Ronni) Dorsey, Cody (Cortni) Dorsey; parents, L.J. & Maylene Carter; sister, Tara (Kevin) Kelly; grandchildren, Ivy Dorsey, River Dorsey, Raegan Dorsey; three nieces, Chari (Dustin) Lauderdale, Shayla Kelley, Gracen (Derek) Miller and 4 great nieces.
