Anthony Thornberry

Anthony Thornberry, age 58, of Tulsa died March 9th. He was born Oct. 28th, 1960 in Pocahontas, Ark. to parents, David and Glenda Salyards Thornberry of Pocahontas. He is survived by his wife, Kim; his daughter, Sarah Benner and granddaughter, lily; his parents; his sister, Shelly Gann of Bentonville, Ark. and his brother, Jeff of Allen, Texas. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dave and Ruby Thornberry of Combs, Ark., and Lloyd and Irene Salyards of Pocahontas, Ark. Anthony graduated from the University of Arkansas Fayetteville, as an electrical engineer and was employed by Sercel-GRC of Tulsa as principal engineer. Memorial services were held at Tulsa and followed by a gathering of friends and family at Combs Cemetery at Combs, Ark. for his interment. Memorials may be made to Combs Cemetery perpetual trust fund.
