Billy Usery, 81, of Clarksville, died on May 15, 2019, in Little Rock. He was born January 24, 1938, in Little Rock, Ark. Mr. Usery's memorial service will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at First Baptist Church in Clarksville. Under the direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home.
