Gweldia Francine Gunter

Gweldia Francine Gunter, 83 of Benton, passed away on May 17, 2019. She was born in Saline County to the late Jim and Thelma Price Tarvin. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Pete Gunter, brothers, Paul, James, Bob and Chip Tarvin; sister, Virginia Smith. Gweldia is survived by her son, Steve and wife, Debbie of Benton, daughter, Connie (Mitchell Maynard) Gunter of Malvern, brother, Chick Tarvin of Benton, sisters, Patricia Ray and Judy Brewer both of Benton, grandchildren, Todd and wife, Julie of Benton, Jennifer and husband, Dave French of Benton, great grandchildren, Garrett and wife, Kaitlyn Beaty, Gunter Beaty, Ashton Gunter, Gabrielle Beaty and Cole Gunter, numerous other relatives and friends. Graveside services by Ashby Funeral Home will be 2 p.m. on Monday with Bro. Marcus Blakley officiating at Pipkin Cemetery in Benton.
