Wayne Thomas Ward, 3, died May 20. Memorial service will be held Saturday, May 25 at 10: a.m. at Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Melbourne. Survivors include: Dewayne Ward (father), Kandy Beurman (mother), William Hunter Beurman, Maddison Straight, Mackenzie Beurman (siblings), Virginia Ward (maternal grandmother), William and Christine Wilson(paternal grandparents).
