Van "Sis" Roberson Nailling, 86, of Jacksonville passed from this life into the arms of Jesus on Monday, May 27, 2019. She was born Sunday, January 1, 1933 in North Little Rock Arkansas to the late John Thomas and Bama Lucille Shoppach Roberson. After being a dedicated Air Force spouse of twenty years Mrs. Nailling retired from Remington Arms after fifteen years of dedicated service. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who will be missed by all who were privileged to know her. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by bothers, J.T. Vic and James. Survivors include her husband of 66 years, Max Nailling Jr.; sons, Kirk (Chris) Nailling, Don (Debbie) Nailling, Karl (Julie) Nailling; granddaughter, Kate; grandsons, Scott, Kyle, Dylan, Sean and Bradley. Other survivors include brothers, Charles, Van, Robert, Joe; sisters, Doris, Mary, Lois and Ruth along with five great-grandsons; several nieces, nephews and a host of extended family and friends. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Thursday May 30, 2019 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home with Brother Garren Hagemeier officiating. Interment will follow at Concord Cemetery in Lonoke.
