Allice Louise Jacobs, 83, died Sunday, May 12, 2019. Survivors: sons, Earl Jacobs, James Owen Jacobs (Barbara); daughter-in-law, Sheila Jacobs; sister, Mary Congleton; grandchildren, Caterina Allice, Patrica Ann, Amanda Elizabeth, Pamela Renee, Anna Maria, Savanna Hope Jacobs. Services: Friday, May 31, 2019, 2 p.m., Powell Funeral Chapel with visitation beginning at 1 p.m. A burial service for both Allice and her late husband, James Owen Jacobs, will immediately follow at the Roosevelt Cemetery where Mr. Jacobs will receive military honors.
