Mrs. Pearly P. Gaddie, 70, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, May 23, 2019. Homegoing Service: Saturday, June 1, 2019, Viewing: 9-11 a.m. Funeral: 11 a.m. Services will be held at The Luke Church Humble, 2380 S. Houston Ave., Humble, Texas. Final Resting Place: Brookside Memorial Park and Cemetery, Houston, Texas. Pearly you are truly the epidemy of the definition of helpmeet. You stood by me, side by side, and helped to build our life, our love, and our legacy. Seven children, 18 grandchildren with one more on the way, one great-grandchild with two more on the way, let me say that without you, I could have never made it. Your beauty, strength, love, mercy, grace, and faith are what has held this family together. You are and always will be the love of my life, my soulmate, and my eternal joy and happiness. I am so grateful that God saw fit to give you to me as my wife, to allow me to be the husband of His beautiful creation, Pearly Padez Ragland Gaddie. As I told you at our blessed 50th vow renewal, God had a divine plan for us, you the Pearl and I the Lee, together we make "PearlLee", and when we go thru the pearly gates of heaven, you go before me, but I will soon join. I thank God that He allowed you to attend the 50th class reunion of Sweet Home High. Rest in heaven my love and know that we will fulfill your instructions, Get Ready, Stay Ready, and Be Ready.
