Joel M. Rickett, 57, of Jacksonville, passed away on October 20, 2019. He was born on October 9, 1962 in Conway, Arkansas. He is preceded in death by mother, Francis Rickett and son, Joshua Rickett. Joel is survived by his father, Brinton Rickett; daughter, McKinley Rickett; sister, Sheila A. Wherry; and cousin, Jerry Gossett.
