Eugene Royal, 65, died Thursday. He was employed by City of Stuttgart. Survivors are wife, Patricia; sons, Billy Gene Royal and Douglas Adam Royal; step-son, Adam Bevell; step-daughters, Contina Burks and Regina Reyes; three siblings; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
