Neal Anderson Rawlings, 62, of Little Rock passed from this life on Wednesday, October 30, 2019. He was born Friday, September 20, 1957, in Little Rock, Arkansas to Paul C. and Catherine A. Terral Rawlings. Mr. Rawlings was employed at UALR for thirty-five years. He was a talented musician, songwriter and founding member of Liberty Bridge, a local band. Neal was an avid Razorback fan who enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend who will be missed by all who were privileged to know him. He was preceded in death by his mother, Catherine A. Rawlings, son, Raymond Davis, and sister, Rebecca Rawlings. Survivors include his loving wife, Leslie Rawlings; father, Paul Rawlings of Heber Springs; children, Brandon (Kimberly) Davis of Rogers, Evan (Ashley) Davis of Cabot, Clayton (Kassi) Davis of Brunswick, Georgia; brother, William Rawlings of Little Rock; and ten beloved grandchildren. Other survivors include a community of fellow musicians that loved him very much, along with a host of extended family and friends.
