Benjamin James "B. J." Martin

Benjamin James "B. J." Martin, age 100, of Benton passed away November 2, 2019. He was born May 16, 1919 in Traskwood. B. J. was retired from Alcoa after 35 years as a Press Operator, and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Andrew Martin and Ollie Baker Martin, wife, Maxine Mildred Martin, three brothers, Clavis, Ray and Irva, three sisters, Teresa, Julia Dee, and Lois. Survivors, sons and daughters-in-law, Bennie (Joyce) Martin, Don ( Laurie) Martin, Stephen Martin, five grandchildren, Amber Gailey, April Martin, Benjamin "Ben" Martin, Margaret "Maggie" Martin, Thomas "Tom" Martin, five great-grandchildren, Greyson Gailey, Grant Gailey, Ainsley Gailey, Mikayla Spillman, and Gabrielle Martin.
