Bonnie Lou Russell, 87, of Jacksonville passed from this life on Tuesday, October 29, 2019. She was born on Friday, June 10, 1932 in St. Louis, Missouri to the late William and Virginia Kourveisler Toney. Ms. Russell was a member of Calvary Church in Jacksonville and the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed playing Farkle and gambling but found her greatest joy in her family. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by eight siblings and a great-grandchild, Madelyn.
Survivors include children, Glen Russell of Jacksonville, Karyn Watkins of Maumelle, Sandi (Frank) Russell of Sherwood; grandchildren, Devin (David) Pike of Jacksonville, Michael (Erica) Watkins of Maumelle, Casey Russell (Mark Cano) of San Antonio, Texas, Jamie (Steven) Chasteen of Maumelle and Kate (Ryan) Calnan of Woodinville, Washington. Other survivors include 13 great-grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m, Friday, November 8, 2019 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Park.
