Robert Edward Foster passed away on November 1, 2019. Robby, as he was known to most, was born on February 26, 1970 in Fayetteville, Arkansas and made Northwest Arkansas his home most of his life. The little boy who from everyone's earliest memory loved the color purple grew up to be a FHS Bulldog where he was a multisport athlete. He was especially proud of being a member of the '88 baseball team and absolutely loved years later as he watched his son Tyler put on those same colors and represent his beloved Bulldogs on the same field he had played on. His love for all things sport related led him to years of coaching and sharing his love for baseball with several youth teams in the area and to serve on the Fayetteville Youth Baseball board ensuring the families and future baseball players of Fayetteville could enjoy the same memory making experience that Walker Park had been for Robby and his children. Robby is survived by the source of his greatest pride his son, Tyler Jordan Foster; daughters, Taylor Jane Foster and Alyssa Lane Foster; and the next future all-star, his grandson, Collins Calhoun. His children are very thankful for the friends that have reached out and shared their favorite memories of their dad and have found great comfort during this time thanks to them. Also left to grieve his passing are his sisters, Elizabeth (Charles) Rousell, Ronda (Melvin) Bickford, Melissa (Allan) Wasson and Dawn (Cliff) Green and numerous nieces and nephews. A celebration of Robby's life will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at the FHS baseball indoor complex from 4 to 6 p.m. Condolences at www.beardsfuneralchapel.com.
