Catherine Jill Parker

Catherine Jill Parker passed away on October 12, 2019. Jill was surrounded by her brother, Jack Parker, family and friends at the Arizona Burn Unit in the Maricopa Medical Center, Phoenix, Arizona. Jill was born in North Little Rock, Arkansas on July 18, 1948 and was the youngest of two children to Jack E. Parker and Lois Collins Parker. Jill attended Park Hill Elementary School and was a 1966 graduate of North Little Rock Ole Main. Jill married Bob Guthridge (deceased) and they had a son, Jason. In 1979 Jill and her family moved to Pine Bluff where she began her career as a para-legal for Coleman, Gant, Ramsay & Cox. Jill relocated to Phoenix, Arizona in 1989 and married Chuck DeWall (deceased). There she continued her legal career with the Brewer Law Firm until her tragic and untimely death. Jill enjoyed surrounding herself with her family and friends including brother, Jack Parker and his family, step-daughter, Leslie (Bob) Barrett and their boys, Carter and Chase. Also her work family whom she loved and cared for like her own. Jill leaves behind three dearest of friends, Sherri Farmer of Chandler, Ariz., Kathryn Power of Galveston, Texas, and Mary Louise Rieger Bullock of Stuttgart.
