Wanda Lee LaForce

Wanda Lee LaForce, 86, passed from this life on Tuesday, November 5, 2019. She was born to the late Charley and Melva (Stracener) Benton on March 29, 1933. Wanda was married to her husband, Carl "Buddy" LaForce for 62 years. She was a faithful pastor's wife of 50 years in ministry. Wanda enjoyed cooking and gardening. She had a servant's heart that allowed her to easily make friends wherever she went. She trusted in the Lord from an early age. Wanda was a great example at showing and living her Christian faith and love for others. She loved dearly her grandchildren and four great-grandsons. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Wanda is survived by one son; Dwayne LaForce (Belinda), two grandchildren; Matthew LaForce (Fran) and Lauren LaForce Brown, four great-grandsons; Cannon LaForce, Colt LaForce, Holden Brown, and Parker Brown, one brother; Randall Benton (Robbie), all of Searcy. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband of 62 years; Carl "Buddy" LaForce, one brother, Carvela Benton and one sister, Velda Ree Cook. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, November 10, 2019 from 2-3:30 p.m. at Searcy McEuen Funeral Home.
