MaryAnne Watson

MaryAnne Rood Watson, 82, graced this world with her presence December 28, 1936. She entered the arms of her loving Savior on the morning of November 11, 2019. No longer in pain and completely made whole, MaryAnne leaves behind her husband of almost 64 years, Johnnie F. "JF" Watson, two daughters, Vicki Simpson (Mark) and Laurie Zeiler (John), three grandchildren Logan Zeiler, Darbi Zeiler and Kaylee Simpson. She is preceded in death by her parents Herschel Rood and O'Leeva Norwood Rood, siblings Bill Rood and H.C. Rood, one grandchild, Abby Lynne Simpson. MaryAnne loved spending time with her family, serving in her church and lending an ear whenever needed. She was deeply loved and will be missed by many. Funeral Service will be held 1 p.m., Friday, November 15, at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home Chapel, interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
