Caroline F. Williams, 78, of Jacksonville passed away Sunday, November 10, 2019. She was born January 22, 1941 in Memphis, Tennessee to Sterling and Earlene McKenzie. She retired from Falcon Jet in Little Rock to pursue her passion and creativity in all forms of artwork. Caroline is survived by two daughters, Rhonda Hetland (Robert) and Connie Williams. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Bill McKenzie. A graveside inurnment will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, November 16, 2019 at Bayou Meto Cemetery.
