Lowell David Cawood

Lowell David Cawood, age 63, of Fayetteville passed from this life to his eternal home in Heaven on November 11, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents Lowell and Joy Cawood. Dave graduated from Springdale High School in 1974 and attended classes at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. He worked in trucking for Cawood Trucking and Vouk Transportation. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Debbie; three sisters, Lana Rogers of Fayetteville, Jan Lawson of Rogers and Jacki Cawood of Fayetteville; four nephews, Ryan Lawson and his wife Katrina of Fayetteville, Chris Rogers of Fort Worth, Texas, Benjamin Henbest of Fayetteville and Lance Wood of Lowell; a niece, Victoria Henbest of Mobile, Alabama; two aunts, Jane Truitt and her husband Glen of Tontitown and Alta Faye Lee of Topeka, Kansas; his great-nephews and nieces, Zane and Haley Rogers of Southlake, Texas and Jack and Jolie Henbest of Fayetteville; and several cousins. Dave loved the outdoors and enjoyed swimming, fishing and golf. He will be remembered for his kindness towards others, his warm smile and his love of life. He will be greatly missed.
