Jeffery Jay Thomas, 56, of Bentonville died on November 14, 2019 at his home. He was born December 14, 1962 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Robert and Carol Thomas. Jeffery married his wife Geralyn on September 21, 1991 and moved from Milwaukee to northwest Arkansas where they have spent the last 16 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Robert and Carol, and his brother; Todd Thomas. Jeffery is survived by his wife; Geralyn, his son; Jeramy Todd Thomas, his sister; Nancy Stock (Robert) of Bella Vista, Arkansas, his brother; Ricky Thomas of Milwaukee, many nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Family gives special thanks to Landmark Cancer Center, United Medical, and Circle of Life Hospice, and requests that donations be made to Circle of Life.
