Henry Lee McHenry

Henry Lee McHenry (HL) was a resident of Little Rock, Arkansas for many years. He ended his earthly pilgrimage on November 16, 2019, at the Community Compassion Center in Magnolia, Arkansas, after succumbing to a long battle with several debilitating illnesses at 86 years old. Mr. McHenry leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife of 57 years, Dr. Cora Duffy McHenry (Little Rock) and their daughter Stephanie McHenry (Shaker Heights, Ohio) along with his daughter from a previous marriage, LaGreta McHenry (Los Angeles, Calif.). Siblings include brothers: Alvernon McHenry (Gladys) Camden, Ark.; Jessie McHenry (Minnie) Mansfield, Texas; Dr. William McHenry (Barbara) Madison, Miss.; Dr. Gary McHenry (Dr. Lepaine) Fayetteville, Ark.; Sisters: Melvia Davis (James) Madera, Calif.; Geneva Jones-Ward (Maurice), Santa Rosa , Calif.; and Wondrous "Wanda" Roach (Larry) Magnolia, Ark. HL enjoyed a special bond to the Duffy family who he treasured as brothers and sisters. Many nieces, nephews, and cousins are also saddened by his homegoing along with his church families at Good Home and Bethel.
