Geraldine "Jerry" Burton

Geraldine "Jerry" Burton, 91, of Rogers died Thursday, November 21, 2019 at a skilled nursing facility. She was born May 16, 1928 in Texas to Frank and Velma Johnson. Jerry was a proud bookkeeper for many years. She loved camping and boating with her late husband, Ted Burton. Jerry was active all her years and kept her mind sharp with crossword and jigsaw puzzles. She enjoyed her clothes and regular shopping dates. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; sons, Steve, Glenn and Leonard; daughter, Jenny Hill. Jerry is survived by son, Paul Burton of Florida; daughters, Rita Lamb of Rogers, Terri Quinn of Texas, Cynthia Tellez of California, numerous grand and great-grandchildren, and many other loving family members and friends. Visitation will be Monday, November 25, 2019 from 1:30-2 p.m. at Goad Springs Cemetery in Lowell. Graveside service will begin at 2 p.m. Arrangements by Epting Funeral Home of Bentonville.
