JACQUE SUE MOREHART, 79, died Friday, November 15, 2019, at Good Shepherd Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Little Rock, where she was known for being kind, sweet, and among the most talkative residents on the 500s wing. Jacque was born in Bald Knob, Ark., November 11, 1940, to Aileen (Wilson) Martin and Harold Martin. Jacque was raised by her mother and step-father, John Willard Hand. She attended North Little Rock High School, completed a GED, and took classes at Shorter College. Jacque married Wesley Hugh Morehart April 12, 1963. Jacque retired from the Pulaski County tax collector's office after 17 and a half years of service. A devoted wife, Mom, Mamaw, and friend, Jacque rarely missed a grandchild's band concert, play, dance recital, or school program. Jacque was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Wesley Hugh Morehart, and her parents. She is survived by daughter Beth Shull (Mike), and son Clay (Cherie); grandchildren Michael Shull, Hannah Shull Benton (Taylor), Emily Shull, and Shawna and Joshua Morehart; a step-sister, Beverly Hand Pryor of Tatum, Texas; and special long-time friends Angie Martin and Greta Sharp.
