Elva "Vernon" Todhunter of Lowell, Ark., died November 23, 2019. He proudly served in the U.S. Army. Vernon is survived by his wife, Vita; two daughters, Sharon and Lavona; son, Dewanye; seven grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
