Alan Pogue

Dr. Alan Pogue, 62, died at his home in France on Friday, November 22nd. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Sherry Dunn Pogue, his daughters, Heather Sutherlin and Shannon Iverson, his son, Aaron Pogue, eight grandchildren, his father, Al Pogue, and brother, Perry Pogue. Dr. Pogue, was a licensed professional counselor with a passion for mentoring and educating new counselors in the state of Arkansas. He was a longtime member, minister, and elder of Levy church of Christ. A memorial will be held there on Sunday, December 1st at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations made in his name for Restored and Renewed Ministry, a ministry that serves missionaries and their families.
