Osburn, 3000 John Harden Dr #51, Jacksonville, Ar., Sister-in-law, Kathryn M. Parker, Forth Smith, Ar., plus numerous nieces and nephews throughout Ar., OKla. And Nevada. Her date of Birth is 22 Janurary 1941, born at Arnville, France. She didn't known if her parents or any siblings are alive, since she was raised in an Orphanage in Metz, France.
