Jimmy D Phelps

Jimmy D. Phelps, 73, of Bryant, Arkansas was born August 5, 1946 to Ernest and Bernice Phelps in Lindale, Texas. He died October 12, 2019 at VA Medical Center in Little Rock. He was a US Vietnam Veteran and retired from Fed Ex Freight. Jimmy and his wife Jane, enjoyed owning and showing quarter horses, having three world champion Buckskins and one Dixie National Champion. He is survived by his wife of thirty-five years, Jane Parker Phelps; sons Shane (Nikki) Portland, Oregon and Jason (Wendy) Mulberry, Arkansas; two grandsons, Tucker and Anthony; three sisters, and four brothers.
