Estel Lloyd Smith (EL Smith), 87, of Clinton, Arkansas passed away on October 9, 2019. Mr. Smith leaves his daughter, Karen Payer; granddaughter, Tifney Gaines; grandson, Bradley Scott and two great-grandchildren, Georgia and Michael Gaines. Memorial services will be Saturday, Oct. 19, 10-11 a.m. at his home in Clinton, Ark.
