MARC STEVEN COLLINS of Little Rock, served and protected both his country and community in the U.S. Navy, S.W.A.T. Team, and Police Force for over 30 years. An avid cyclist, kayaker, mountain climber, and all around outdoorsman, His celebration of life with full Police and Military Honors will take place 1 p.m., Saturday October 26th. The visitation from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., (due to the expected number of family and friends) both services will be held at Second Baptist Church 1618 John Barrow Road. 12noon Interment Processional lineup will start at the St. Andrew's Church, 8300 Kanis Road, Monday 28th at 11:15 a.m. to the Arkansas State Veteran's Cemetery.
