Ruby Katherine Smith

Ruby Katherine Smith, 79, of Little Rock passed away October 21, 2019. She was born December 7, 1939 in Little Rock. Ruby worked for Yoder Manufacturing for many years, and later retired from National Old Lines Insurance. She spent her retirement days enjoying traveling to various places and enjoying many cruises. She was a loving wife, mom, and grandmother. Ruby was a member of Trinity Assembly of God in Little Rock. She was preceded in death by her parents, W.D. and Florence Allen, sister, Dorothy Goff, and brother, Charles Allen. Ruby is survived by her husband of 52 years, Jimmy; two daughters Teresa Eslick and husband Ricky of Little Rock, Amanda Nolen and husband Jimmy of North Little Rock; three grandchildren, Jesse Eslick, Tyler Eslick, and Cory Reed; and two great–grandchildren, Drew and Emery Eslick, and brother David Allen of Mabelvale. Family will receive friends from 6–8 p.m. Thursday October 24, 2019 at Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home. Funeral will be 1 p.m., Friday, October 25, 2019 at Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home 1921 Main St., North Little Rock. Burial will follow at Forest Hills.
