Roy Clayton Rees, 67, passed away on October 23, 2019. He was born in South Bend, Indiana on August 5, 1952. He is survived by his sister Cathy Rees; his nieces Tajuania Sims (Lynn) and Ashley Nolley (Blake); his nephews Clay Jackson, Jr. and Charlie Jackson as well as a host of great-nieces, nephews and friends.
