Ann Jaynes

Ann Jaynes passed away on September 17th, 2019 in the comfort of her home. She is preceded in death by her father, Harry Walker, and her mother, Josephine Walker of Searcy. She is survived by her son, Joseph Jaynes of Searcy, and her granddaughter, Elizabeth Jaynes of Jonesboro. Ann Jaynes was a special woman. She was an independent woman and single mother who relied on no one but herself to propel her family into successful status. She put everyone first, before herself, and that sensibility was applied for the benefit of no one more so than to her son and granddaughter. She worked Incredibly hard for her family and her employer, and was valued by all her co-workers. She was an ever available and reliable friend who remained giving to the end of her life. Finally, she acted as protector and care-giver, almost without any assistance until the last few months for her aging mother, thereby allowing Josephine to peacefully join her late husband Harry Walker in heaven at two months shy of 101 years of age. Many owed her much, and her remaining family and friends will miss her terribly.
