Mary Jo Kane Wachob, 72 of Benton, passed away on October 29, 2019. She was born on June 8, 1947 in Little Rock to James Franklin, Sr. and Frances Irene Wilson Kane. Mary Jo was a member of Salem United Methodist Church and retired from the State of Arkansas in the Division of Child and Family Services.
Mary Jo was preceded in death by her father, James Franklin Kane, Sr., husband, Steve Wachob and brother, John Kane. She is survived by her mother, Irene Kane of Benton, son, Rus Wilson of Fayetteville, daughters, Shannon (Marty) Sadler of Benton, Stacye (Chad) Sloan of Camden and Betsy (Jason) Meharg of Lamar, Arkansas, brother, Jim, Jr. (Barbara) Kane of Benton; eleven grandchildren, Blaine, Jon and Kane Sadler, Josh and Blake Seals, Emma Covington, Abby, Jack, Lydia, Lily and Josh Meharg; two great-grandchildren, Amelia and Holden Seals.
