George Ballard, 86, of Little Rock died Thursday. He was born September 26, 1932 in Ft. Smith. Visitation is 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday, September 10th at Westriver Tower, 3500 Cedar Hill Rd., 7 South, Little Rock, Ark. 72202. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, September 11, at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral with a reception following.
