Wiley Blevins

Wiley Blevins, 97, of Arkadelphia, Ark. died September 3, 2019 peaceably at home. Born on November 28, 1921 in Dalark, Ark., son of the late Nathan and Patsy Blevins, a member of St. Ruth Baptist Church, served as a choir member and Trustee before his health failed. He was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Helen L. Blevins, seven brothers and his sister. Survivors include: eight children, 15 grandchildren, and 33 great-grandchildren. Services entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home 1809 Caddo St. Arkadelphia, Ark. Visitation: Monday, September 9, 2019 at Mitchell Funeral Home from 12 noon – 7 p.m.; Family hour: 6-7 p.m. Funeral services: 1 p.m. Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at St. Ruth Baptist Church, Gum Springs, AR.
