Nancy Davis

Nancy Davis, 73, of Springdale and former Little Rock resident, died Thursday, September 5, 2019 in Fayetteville. She was born October 19, 1945 in Newport to Bob and Bertha (Bonner) McKenzie. Nancy retired from Southwestern Bell as a call center supervisor and then worked as a dean's administrative assistant at UALR. She enjoyed ballroom dancing and also danced competitively. She was a very intelligent and talented individual who always tried to see to the needs of others. Nancy attended the Church of Christ and was devoted to her family. She is survived by her husband, Larry Davis; two children, Shelley Hancock and husband Kendall, Luke Davis and wife Amanda; sister, Mary Rogers; brother, Butch McKenzie; and five grandchildren, Aaron, Candace, Lucas, Ryan and Dylan. She was preceded in death by a brother, Bob, and a sister, Betty. Memorial service will be 6 p.m. Friday, September 14, at Heritage Funeral Home Chapel in Springdale.
