William M. Compton

William M. Compton, 74 of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed from this life on September 9, 2019. He was born on December 20, 1944 in Conway, Arkansas to the late Denzil L and Lois Rankin Compton. William was a member of Trinity Pentecostal Church in Little Rock. He is also preceded in death by his step-mother Rita Compton; siblings Spencer Compton, Jimmy Compton and Denise Compton and one grandchild Kacey Hobbs. William leaves behind his wife of 55 years Nellie Compton; children Mark, William Dale and Bobby Compton; five grandchildren Richard, Brianna, Johnathon, Amy and Kaitlin; four great-grandchildren Amias, Kyle, Averie and Audrie; siblings Angela Tackett, Jeffery Compton and Kerry Compton and a host of other family and friends. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 14th, 2019 at 1 p.m. at Trinity Pentecostal Church in Little Rock, Arkansas.
