Roger Lynn Dellinger

Roger Lynn Dellinger, 82, of Springdale, went to be with the Lord September 11, 2019. He was born May 28, 1937 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, the son of the late Luther Sherman Dellinger and Goldie Norton Dellinger. He had served in the United States Army. He was a member of Cross Church Springdale, where he served as a greeter. He was a retired insurance agent for State Farm Insurance Company where he had worked for 36 years. Lynn was an avid golfer with 8 holes in one, he enjoyed riding Harleys, traveling, snow skiing and automobiles. He is survived by his children, Pam Price and husband Stephen of Springdale, Arkansas, Jon Dellinger and wife Tammy of Springdale Arkansas, Eric Dellinger of Rogers, Arkansas, Lynnelle Dellinger of Dallas, Texas; brothers, Ron Dellinger and wife Linda of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Terry Dellinger and wife Sandy of Rogers, Arkansas; sister, Barbara Foreman of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; grandchildren, Jeremy Price, Sean Price, Derek Dellinger, Joshua Dellinger, Ashlyn Dellinger and six great-grandchildren. Lynn is also survived by his close friend and companion Linda Hankins of Springdale, Arkansas. Visitation will be Friday, September 13, 2019 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., in the chapel of Memorial Funeral Home, 3926 Willowood Avenue Springdale, Arkansas 72762. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Saturday September 14, 2019 at Cross Church Springdale, 1709 Johnson Road, Springdale, Arkansas 72762 with Reverend Charlie Foster officiating under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home.
