Joseph Randal Parker, age 81, of Springdale, died Saturday, September 14, 2019. Joe was born August 7, 1938, in Anderson, Ind., to Joseph Randall and Amy Elizabeth Parker. Joe is survived by his wife, Donna Eaves Parker; three children, Cristal Nees and husband Brian, Scott Parker and wife Rondia, and Edwin Parker; four grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Joe was a retired United States Army Colonel. Service will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, September 20th, 2019, at Fayetteville National Cemetery with full Military Honors from the United States Army.
