William "Billy" Phelps, 45, of Fayetteville, passed away Saturday, August 31, 2019, in Fayetteville. He was born April 18, 1974, in Tuscumbia, Mo.
He was preceded in death by his biological father, Fred Mayuiers; step-father, John Carpenter; father, Ralph Phelps, Jr; and wife, Matilda Phelps.
Billy enjoyed classic cars, music, fishing, taking walks and checking on his mother.
He is survived by his mother, Judy Hope Jones, of Fayetteville; his children, Nikki Glass, Brandon Phelps of Marble, Ark., and Kyla Phelps, of Fayetteville; and three brothers, Glen and Oren Skelton and Charles Carpenter. Condolences at www.beardsfuneralchapel.com
