Randall Boyce Newcomb, 72, of North Little Rock died Wednesday, September 18, 2019. He was born January 11, 1947 in Bauxite, Arkansas to the late Frank and Juanita Patterson Newcomb. He is survived by Cindy Newcomb, Scott Newcomb of Kansas City, Missouri, Paige Witcher (Clint) of Bryant, Sean Newcomb (Cassey) of Columbia, South Carolina, and Laura Lancaster (Frank) of Sherwood. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great-granddaughter and many friends. He was an active member of All Souls Church in Scott. Memorial Service will be at All Souls Church on Saturday, September 21 at 2 p.m. with Visitation beginning at 1 p.m. Memorials may be made to All Souls Church, 4601 Walkers Corner Road, Scott, Arkansas 72142.
