Rose Mary Cameron, 87, of Pea Ridge, Ark. passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at Jamestown Nursing and Rehab Center in Rogers, Ark. She was born July 29, 1932 to Charles Walter and Katie Marguerite Koogle Nickel.
Rose enjoyed reading her Bible, books, quilting, and spending time with her family and friends. She was apart of the "Granny's Quilts of Love" that brought comfort to children with cancer at Arkansas Children's Hospital.
She worked for Tyson Food for many years.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles H. Cameron, Sr.; and two brothers, Dale and Dean Nickel. Rose is survived by her three sons, Michael Cameron, Charles H. Cameron, Jr. and Dennis Cameron; one brother, Donald Nickel; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, September 21, 2019 at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services with Brother Larry Patrick officiating. A visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until service time. Burial will be at Pea Ridge Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services in Rogers.
