Charles Patrick Foster

Charles Patrick Foster, 77, formerly of Brinkley, was a florist there and in Memphis. He died Sept. 19, 2019, in Ash Flat, Ark. Pat is survived by his brother, Paul. He was preceded in death by his parents and his son, David. Arrangements are with Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland.
