Patricia A. Dicker

PATRICIA A. DICKER passed away September 17, 2019 and was buried September 18 at Oakland Jewish cemetery. Service performed/attended by Rabbi's Kalman Winnick and Barry Block. Attended by her husband Herbert A. Dicker, daughter Aliza Brown (Jeff), daughter-in-law Marinetta Dicker (David, deceased), grandchildren Shandra Tellez, Mitchel Brown (Vella), Jacob Brown, Leiah Brown and great-grandchildren Sarah and Aaron Tellez. Patricia was a retired Pulaski County Justice of the Peace, graduate of UALR and elected board member of the Arkansas Association of Counties.
