Ira Heard, 60, of LR, Ark., departed this life September 20, 2019. He is preceded in death by his fathers: Ira Davis and Otis Heard Sr.
He leaves to cherish his memory: son: James Nichols; mother: Geneva Heard; siblings: Ricky Heard, Darrell Heard, Marcus Davis, Dewayne Davis, Venita Harris, Teresa Davis, Ivan Tate, Paula Williams and Clarence Davis and a host of other family and friends.
